Clevertech offers training in the form of webinars utilizing GoToMeeting. Our coach will train you in a 30-45 minute session on how to use the basics of WordPress including editing text, graphics, and pages.

The goal of this training is to get everyone in your office comfortable with having the power and capability to make changes to your own website. Updating your website will no longer be a coordination with the programmer – but rather a process similar to opening up a word file and editing as needed.

Our experience includes direct development for iphone apps, facebook apps, and facebook connect. It also includes the aggregation layer for data acquisition using facebook api, rapleaf api, google contact and email api.

As this space is very new, we continue to push the limits with our clients creating and using game mechanics for point systems, badge systems, and prize systems to help develop a social media strategy that can succeed.

We have integrated with a variety of email services from iContact and emailBrain to ExtactTarget and SilverPop. These services range from the simple signup and unsubscribe to complex rule based systems that make offers to customers based on behavior on the website, shopping cart, response to previous offers and other factors like geography, length of time since contact and overall lead scoring.

We have loaded hundreds of CDs worth of documents into a modern document management system, Laserfiche, utilizing the API exposed by the application.

On a smaller scale, we have tools for creating one click PDFs that use custom fields from your database and integrated with email or physical mailing systems.

We have worked with Markit, US Bank, RBS, Lasalle, Wells Fargo, Chase, and other banks and financial institutions to manage trades, pricing, ratings, cash movements, facility identification, and daily reconciliations.

We have calculated indentures, alpha, beta, IRR, LTV, coupon payments, r-squared, sharpe ratios, and many other financial calculations on large data sets that is used for intelligent decision making on portfolios in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Our largest system supports a portfolio of over $4B and our systems perform calculations before every trade is made.

There are two aspects to consider when handling a merchant account. The first is how you get paid. In this area, we have experience with PayFlowPro from Verisign, Authorize.net, Paypal and Google Checkout. The second is how to report and account for the transactions especially if you are using swipe terminals in some locations and are using a website provided by the merchant for settlement, chargebacks and fees. We have worked with Vital and their econnections product to automate those processes.

Clevertech has integrated deeply with Sage ACCPAC, Sage MIP, Sage Peachtree, Quickbooks, Freshbooks and Southware. We have interfaced with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and the General Ledger. We speak double entry and are experienced with multi-segmented Chart of Accounts.

Clevertech developed a Chrome and Firefox extension utilizing the Google Contacts API to create a new contact based on selected text. This includes parsing the selected text and mapping the data to the correct fields. We also ensure that existing data is not duplicated.

Basecamp is a great tool for project management that we use for all of our projects. One of its key features is simplicity and we are fans of simplicity. But, there are also times that call for complexity.

Clevertech has taken the Basecamp API and built a number of tools around them including summary reporting by person by project, quick time posting, complex summary reporting with custom fields, milestones dates and notes, and copy tasks between projects.
