The Lead Developer/Project Manager who will help shape this success story will be able to…

• Be a hands-on, technical Project Manager with solid experience in delivering technical consulting solutions.
• Utilize their 5+years of technical leadership and project management experience delivering full life cycle, end to end custom software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with Clevertech’s demanding customers, creating technical solutions, mentoring developers, and managing implementation projects. He or she will develop detailed work plans utilizing Basecamp and manage projects through completion. This person will also work with the customer to define and prioritize requirements and ensure that the activities of others meet deadlines and quality standards. This role may include direct supervision and coordination of the work of a small/medium sized team. Candidate should exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Minimum Requirements

What you should bring to the table.

• Superior coding and architecting skills.
• Strong customer service skills and consulting experience.
• Experience in architecting and implementing customer software application in Cold Fusion/MS SQL, PHP/MYSQL, Javascript, with a solid understanding of frameworks and MVC model.
• Skilled at project organization, documentation and report generation.
