RAM is an elite, exclusive caterer located in Manhattan, handling high-profile affairs for high-profile clients. Striving to improve their service, RAM searched for a computer system that would help upgrade their business and simplify the menu and decision-making process.

Off-the-shelf products failed to satisfy RAM’s distinct individual needs. Working together with RAM management, Clevertech created a solution that not only optimizes the business, but helps continue to differentiate RAM as a cutting edge caterer. The system is responsible for managing RAM’s calendar of events at multiple venues, complex client and reseller management, contract management, event specific information, and handling various honoree relationships.

But the menu program is the crown jewel of the application. Clevertech designed and created an online menu that has endless flexibilities and superior capabilities. The menu screen presents the customer and kitchen staff with up to date menus, reflecting all the individual preferences of RAM’s clients.

When designing the program, Clevertech focused on creating a user-friendly interface, making sure that all actions were easily accomplished. Using the latest technology in CSS and AJAX allows for powerful drag and drop features, quick search capabilities, and keystroke shortcuts.
